Return and exchange policy

We offer a 7 working days return and exchange policy for products purchased on our website and social media platforms.

We ask that all returned items must be unused, Free of fragrance, in their original condition and a valid proof of purchased must be provided.

Refund will be processed within 5-7 days after returned items has been received and inspected by our team. once approved you will be Notified

  • Exchange to something else within the same price range of the previous purchase

We will only cover the cost of return via a designed logistics provided by us, any external shipping costs it not our responsibility

Returns and exchanges are only accepted where the issue is determined to be a fault on our end, such as a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item being dispatched. In such cases, we will fully cover the cost of return and/or exchange shipping.

If an exchange is approved due to incorrect sizing selected by the client, the client will be solely responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. Any applicable laundry or cleaning expenses incurred will also be borne by the client.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons outside of faults caused by us. All items not affected by manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors are considered final sale.
